Global agency for more than forty years field of activity - development of ideas for brand activation, creating new ways for the brand to interact with the consumeк, requires Digital Project Manager

Duties:

The Digital Project Manager is expected to manage projects, people, and the production processes on a day-to-day basis.

Owning projects from concept through to delivery, and ensuring projects are on time and within budget.

Successfully kickoff, manage, and deliver projects following approved timelines

Communicate internally, with the client and project’s partners

Working with Director of Digital Production and VP Europe to provide accurate schedules (project plans) & resource allocations for projects

Preparing all project documentation including, but not limited to specifications, timelines, resourcing documentation, and test plans

Managing and reviewing all internal/external projects/deliverables/client sign-offs & approvals with the Account Service based on client expectations, scope and schedule

Attendance at (local, off-site) client meetings, as required

Lead weekly meetings with digital team to provide status, manage expectations, and relate any issues to the greater team. Provide project WIP report on a weekly basis, which includes current project team and current milestones and deliveries to be met

Requirements:

Ensures communication between the project team and the agency account representative throughout the life of a proposal or project

Knowelege: Microsoft Office и PM (Slack, JIRA и др.)

Core producing abilities with a high-level of commitment and follow-through

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to address complex problems and propose viable solutions

Ability to work effectively under pressure, troubleshoot, and provide solutions

Familiarity with existing and emerging web technologies

Working understanding of all facets of app/web development including strategies, planning, UX, design, implementation, QA, and launch

Understanding of time management and work breakdown procedures to accurately balance skill set and workload of team members

Experience with game development

Bachelor’s Degree with major in Computer Science, Marketing, or Engineering a plus

2-4 years digital experience, preferably in an interactive/gaming agency

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and PM software (Slack, JIRA, etc.)

Acute attention to detail – checking all work for which the Project Manager is responsible

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PMI certification a plus

Strong negotiations skills

Excellent building relationships skills

Fluent in English and Russian
